This is the JW Marriott's flagship restaurant, and it is simply superb. Based on Californian/Pacific Rim cooking disciplines whereby every nation's cuisine is fused into a beautifully sculptured treat, it is reminiscent of Vong restaurant in the Hong Kong Mandarin Hotel, which is generally considered by the international media to be the best eatery in the world.
